Our first meeting this month will be held on Thursday, October 4th at our Lions’ Hall at 7:00 p.m. Lion Mike Main is preparing the meal.

Board of Directors meeting will be held on Thursday, October 11th at our Lions’ Hall at 7:00 p.m.

Our second meeting will take place on Thursday, October 18th at our Lions’ Hall at 7:00 p.m. The meal will be Pot Luck.

Thank you to Lion Renee Lahr and Lion Julie Gangl for the delicious meal on Thursday, September 6th and a thank you to the Lions who brought the delicious

food at our potluck meal on Thursday, September 20th.

The first meeting of the month, a Lion (or Lions) will volunteer to cook the meal.  The second meeting of the month will always be potluck.

This should make it easy for members to know what to expect each meeting.  If you are unable to bring a dish to share for the potluck, please do come.

The potlucks are always great and we have plenty of food for everyone.

If you haven’t paid your dues yet, please do so by mailing a check for $50.00 to Howard Lake Lions PO Box 13 Howard Lake MN 55349

or by attending any of the upcoming meetings.

We are hosting the Zone Meeting on Thursday, November 15th at our Lions’ Hall.  Social hour starts at 6:30 p.m. and the dinner is served at 7:00 p.m.

We are cooking the meal.

The Governor’s Night and Christmas Party is Thursday, December 6th.

The Board of Directors will be meeting the 2nd Thursday of each month. All members are invited to attend. The Board will conduct business like paying bills,
voting on new and dropping members, and requests for donations.
Most of the items before the Board will be discussed and brought back to the Club for final approval.
